The calm waters immediately off the Koh Tao shore offer a staggering cross-section of tropical marine life.
The water temperature here varies between 29 C - 32 C which makes it ideal for both marine life and divers alike. Whether you want to spot the huge pelagic (open ocean fish) and relatively seasonal Whale shark or search for supremely camouflaged demersal (bottom dwelling) Scorpion fish, the decision is yours, simply come this way and get wet.
Our Divemaster team will happily advise you as to what sites are best for spotting the marine life you are after. For more information on what to expect when diving Koh Tao's reefs and deep water pinnacles please contact us. |
